I do feel the difference when taking it before as advised. It doesn’t take away the next day feelings completely, but that could be due to other factors (sleep deprivation, dehydration etc.). The main thing is I'm actually able to get up and go outside the next day!
I was very sceptical but I have used it on so many occasions now and it has never let me down. It allows me to enjoy a night out with friends and still feel in control on the night and the morning after. I was also worried about feeling bloated but no side effects ever materialised. Highly recommend!
